The shareholders in Lumarine AS are hereby given notice of the Annual General Meeting on April 4th 2024 at 11:30 CET.

The Annual General Meeting will be held at Advokatfirmaet Wiersholm AS’ premises at Aker Brygge. Address: Dokkveien 1, 0250 Oslo.

For further details, please refer to the notice of Annual General Meeting and the proxy form attached. The 2023 annual report is attached. The audit report and a translated version of the annual report in english will be issued in a separate notice later today.
