Reference is made to the announcement by Aurelia Bidco Norway AS (the "Offeror")
today, 24 April 2024, regarding fulfilment of regulatory approvals conditions
and settlement notification for the voluntary offer (the "Offer") in Adevinta
ASA ("Adevinta") and to the announcement made by Schibsted ASA ("Schibsted") on
21 November 2023 regarding the support by Schibsted of the Offer. 

Schibsted will, outside of and subject to and upon completion of the Offer, sell
to an indirect parent company of the Offeror 208,240,307 Adevinta shares
(representing approximately 17% of the issued shares and votes in Adevinta) and
will contribute its remaining 136,563,067 Adevinta shares (representing
approximately 11% of the issued shares and votes in Adevinta) into an indirect
parent company of the Offeror.

Settlement of the Offer will, subject to applicable law, remain subject to
certain closing conditions set out in the Offeror's announcement and is expected
to take place on or about 29 May 2024. Following completion of the Offer,
Schibsted will hold not hold any shares or votes in Adevinta.
