Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by ADS Maritime
Holding Plc (the "Company") on 22 July 2022 regarding completion of a private
placement in the Company raising gross proceeds of approx. NOK 100 million (the
"Private Placement"), as well as a potential subsequent offering of up to
34,190,476 secondary sale of ordinary shares by B T Larsen & Co Ltd (the
"Underwriter") at a subscription price per share equal to the subscription price
in the Private Placement (the "Subsequent Offering").
