Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by Agilyx ASA
(the "Company") on 22 August 2024 regarding the successful completion of a
private placement of new shares raising gross proceeds of the NOK equivalent of
approximately USD 40 million (the "Private Placement"). 

The Company today announces that the new share capital has been registered with
the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The share capital increase was
carried out by use of an authorization granted to the board of directors by the
Company's annual general meeting held on 16 May 2024. 

The new share capital following the Private Placement is NOK 2,193,724.08
divided on 109,686,204 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.02.
