Oslo, Norway - 20 October 2026: Agilyx ASA (Euronext Oslo Børs: AGLX; Börse
Frankfurt: 5NQ; US OTCQX: AGYXY) ("Agilyx" or the "Company") makes reference to
the announcement dated 5 October 2026 regarding the issue of 100,000 shares. The
shares have now been registered with the Register of Business Enterprises, and
the registered share capital is NOK 2,519,231 divided into 125,961,550 shares,
each with a nominal value of NOK 0.02.
