Oslo, 11 October 2022: The board of directors of AINMT ASA (in liquidation) (the
"Company") has prepared a liquidation balance sheet as of 30 August 2022 for in
accordance with section 6-16 of the Norwegian Public Limited Liability Companies
Act. The liquidation balance sheet has been audited by the Company's auditor.
The liquidation balance sheet and the auditor's report are attached. The
liquidation balance sheet will also be distributed to the shareholders of the
Company and is available at the Company's registered office as required by the
Norwegian Public Limited Liability Companies Act.
