On May 6, 2022, employees in Airthings ASA ("the Company") have exercised 482
200 options. The options had an average strike price of NOK 1,07. Each share
option corresponds to one share. 
 
Pursuant to authorization granted by the Company's annual general meeting, the
board of directors has resolved to increase the Company's share capital by NOK 4
822.00 through the issuance of 482 200 new shares of par value NOK 0.01.
Following this increase, the Company's share capital is NOK 1 728 490,37 divided
into 172 849 037 shares outstanding, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.01. In
utilizing its authorization, the board of directors has resolved to set aside
existing shareholders' pre-emptive rights to subscribe the new shares in order
to satisfy the Company's obligations under its option program.
 
Options exercised by primary insiders May 6, 2022 are the following:
 
Øyvind Birkenes has exercised 300 000 options, corresponding to 300 000 shares
at the strike price of NOK 0,51. After exercising options, Øyvind Birkenes,
privately and through Longfellow Invest AS (100% ownership) holds 3 124 114
shares and 1 786 600 unexercised options in the Company.
 
Anlaug Gårdsrud Underdal has exercised 5 000 options, corresponding to 5 000
shares at the strike price of NOK 0,70. After exercising options, Anlaug
Gårdsrud Underdal holds 51 000 shares and 62 800 unexercised options in the
Company.
