On Friday 11 February 2022, Øystein Løken Mørch, Chief Operating Officer,
purchased 20,000 shares in Aker Clean Hydrogen AS (the "Company") at NOK 4.653
per share, and Stein Nestvold, Head of Policy and Sustainability, acquired 8,000
shares in the Company at NOK 4.57 per share and 2,305 shares at NOK 4.40 per
share.
Following the transaction, Mørch holds a total of 24,000 shares in the Company
and Nestvold owns 10,305 shares in the Company.

responsibilities in Aker Clean Hydrogen AS in accordance with Regulation EU
596/2014 (MAR) article 19 for more details.
