November 28, 2025 - Aker Solutions ASA ("Aker Solutions") has today allocated
shares to primary insiders participating in the company's manager share purchase
program for 2025.
Reference is made to the stock exchange release published earlier today,
November 28, 2025, concerning the manager share purchase program and share
allocation. Aker Solutions sold shares to program participants at a price per
share of?NOK 30.4689, which equals the volume-weighted average share price of
Aker Solutions on Euronext Oslo Børs from and including November 21, 2025, to
and including November 27, 2025. The program was launched by Aker Solutions on
November 4, 2025. The subscription period started on the same day and ended on
November 16, 2025.
Kjetel Digre, Chief Executive Officer, acquired 16,410 shares. Following the
allocation, Digre holds 223,219 shares in Aker Solutions.
Idar Eikrem, Chief Financial Officer, acquired 16,410 shares through his
privately owned company, Omara Holding AS. Following the allocation, Eikrem,
together with his privately owned company, Omara Holding AS, hold 391,725 shares
in Aker Solutions.
Henrik Makoto Inadomi, Executive Vice President, New Energies, acquired 11,487
shares. Following the allocation, Inadomi holds 366,226 shares in Aker
Solutions.
Please see the attached notification for persons discharging managerial
responsibilities in Aker Solutions in accordance with Regulation EU 596/2014
(MAR) article 19.
