Anora Group Plc: Notification pursuant to Chapter 9, section 10 of the
Securities Markets Act
Anora Group Plc has on 10 September 2021 received a notification pursuant to
Chapter 9, section 5 of the Securities Markets Act from Lazard Asset Management
LLC. According to the notification, as a result of the recent merger of Altia
Oyj and Arcus ASA, Lazard's holdings in Anora Group Plc have on 1 September 2021
decreased below 5% of the shares outstanding.
