Oslo, 25 November 2025, Appear ASA (Appear, OSE:APR), a global leader in live
production technology, powering Tier 1 sports and events globally, today
announces revenues of NOK 183.1 million in the third quarter of 2025,
representing a growth of 30% from the same period last year, and an EBITDAC* of
NOK 32.6 million (32.7). The company reiterates the 2025 revenue outlook in the
range of NOK 800 million.

"The third quarter of 2025 was another strong period for Appear, showing
continued momentum across all regions and further proof of our ability to scale
with quality. This quarter's growth was underpinned by continued traction with
Tier 1 customers and progress on long-term strategic projects," says Thomas
Bostrøm Jørgensen, CEO of Appear.

Appear reported an EBIT of NOK 45.2 million (29.1) in the third quarter of 2025,
while the earnings per share was NOK 0.78 (0.67). The free cashflow ended at NOK
110.9 million. The company was listed on Euronext Oslo Børs 6 November 2025, and
NOK 2.9 million in IPO costs are included in the third quarter figures.

"Appear reached a new milestone with the first day of trading on Euronext Oslo
Børs after the closing of the quarter. Following the successful completion of
our initial public offering, Appear welcomed more than 5,000 new shareholders
following the IPO, including a strong base of institutional investors. The
listing marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter, one that gives us the
platform to accelerate growth, expand into new markets, and continue redefining
what's possible in live production technology," Bostrøm Jørgensen continues.

Appear reaffirms the full-year 2025 revenue guidance in the range of NOK 800
million as the outlook is underpinned by continued momentum with Tier 1
customers, first orders of the X5 Platform, and a growing mix of software and
services.

"As we enter the final quarter, we do so with focus and confidence. Appear
continues to build the technology that powers the world's biggest live
productions, with trust and ambition at the core of everything we do," the
Appear CEO concludes.

EBITDAC and other alternative performance measures (APMs) are defined and
reconciled to the IFRS financial statements as a part of the APM section of the
third quarter 2025 financial report.
