Exclusive agreement linked to the largest retailers in Germany, Austria,
Switzerland and the UAE. 

3D Innovation Nordic AS ("3D"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Aqua Bio
Technology, has entered into an LOI for the sale of Non-food for at least NOK
250 million over 5 years, which is the largest agreement the company has ever
entered into. 

The agreement has been concluded with a major German wholesaler, who will
receive 5 years of exclusivity linked to several of 3D's products for the
markets in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the UAE. The agreement that has now
been concluded is aimed at the largest retailers in Germany, which means that
the potential is significantly greater. 

- This is a significant and potentially historically large agreement for Aqua
Bio Technology. It shows that the strategy of targeted and good acquisitions for
distribution is bearing fruit. Furthermore, the potential in the agreement is
significantly greater than this. After all, we are talking about an agreement
that is more than 10 times the turnover Aqua Bio Technology had in the whole of
2023, says Fredrik William Henriksen, CEO of Aqua Bio Technology.

Non-food is a categorization for products, which are sold in grocery stores,
among other things, that are not food. This is a segment in strong growth, as
both margins and durability are often significantly better. 

- After long and persistent work, we have reached a position where we can supply
a number of products to several of the largest chains in Germany, Switzerland,
Austria and the UAE. This gives us a unique position in the Nordic and European
market to become a significant player in the Non-food segment. This is only the
start of something big, says Jon Sundby, head of market and sales at 3D.

3D is a significant wholesale company with a market-leading sales department.
The company, which has its head office and sales department in Hønefoss, has
extensive distribution to all the major retail chains in Norway and pharmacies
in Norway and Sweden, as well as selected customers in Denmark, Germany,
Austria, Switzerland and UAE. The company has had considerable success in just a
few years and is at the top of the Gazelle award (Gaselle-bedrift) for 2023.
