Reference is made to the stock exchange announcements from Aqua Bio Technology
ASA ("ABTEC" or the "Company", and together with its consolidated subsidiaries,
the "Group") on 7 March 2025 regarding the launch of a conditional private
placement (the "Private Placement") of new shares (the "New Shares") in the
Company, and to the stock exchange notice dated 10 March 2025 regarding an
extension of the application period in the Private Placement.

The Company's Board of Directors have now resolved to extend the application
period in the Private Placement further, until 12 March 2025 at 08.00 CET. The
Board of Directors reserves the right to shorten or extend the application
period in the Private Placement at any time and for any reason.

The reason for the extensions of the application period in the Private Placement
are ongoing dialogues with key stakeholders, including both shareholders and
creditors, with a view to ensure an improved funding situation for the Company,
including both new liquidity being made available to the Company and conversion
of outstanding trade payables and other debt.

Subject to the application period being closed on 12 March 2025 at 08.00 CET,
the extension implies that notifications of conditional allocation are expected
to be sent on or about 12 March 2025 and that the extraordinary general meeting
to discuss and vote over the share capital increases pertaining to the Private
Placement and the potential Subsequent Offering will be held on or about 8 April
2025.
