Staten og Kommunernes Indkøbsservice (SKI), the largest public procurement
agency in Denmark, has  awarded Atea Denmark the SKI 50.49 frame agreement for
software licenses, cloud subscriptions and related maintenance and consulting
services.

Atea is the sole supplier under the frame agreement. 103 municipal governments
and related organizations in Denmark are obliged to procure software and related
services under the frame agreement.  The term of the agreement is 3 years. The
expected value of the frame agreement is DKK 4.1 billion.

The new frame agreement will replace an expiring frame agreement on which Atea
was also the sole supplier.

"We are pleased to continue providing software licenses and cloud subscriptions
to municipalities across Denmark, and supporting their users with training,
advisory and support in critical areas such as security, modern workplace and
AI," commented Atea Group CEO Steinar Sønsteby.

The award of the SKI 50.49 frame agreement is subject to appeal from other
participants in the tendering process. The deadline for appeals is March 3[rd].
Assuming that there are no delays from a potential appeal, sales under the
agreement will begin on April 1.
