Atlantic Sapphire ASA: CFO and Deputy CEO to step down at the end of 2026

Atlantic Sapphire ASA (the "Company" or "Atlantic Sapphire") announces that
Gunnar Aasbo-Skinderhaug has decided to step down from his position as CFO and
Deputy CEO effective December 31, 2026.

«After 2.5 years in Atlantic Sapphire we achieved great operational progress for
the company and personally I have had a rewarding time with the company here in
Miami. I would like to thank all colleagues and the board for good cooperation
during my tenure in Atlantic Sapphire. Now it's time for me to move back to
Norway and I will take on a new position in the conventional salmon farming
industry», Aasbo-Skinderhaug says.

The company will hold an extraordinary general meeting on September 15th and if
converting of debt is approved, Coral HoldCo will hold 99% of the shares in the
company and has announced their intention of acquiring the remaining shares in
the company and apply for de-listing of the company's shares from Oslo Stock
Exchange. The company will appoint a new CFO within well within the departure of
Mr. Aasbo-Skinderhaug who will remain in Miami to secure a seamless transition
to a new CFO.
