Atlantic Sapphire ASA (the "Company" or "Atlantic Sapphire") announces its
Trading Update for the quarter ended September 30, 2021. 

Three months ended September 30, 2021:

Revenue per kg of total harvest - USA		~USD7/kg HOG
Revenue per kg for SUP 3kg+    - USA		~USD12/kg HOG

In comparison: 
Fish Pool commodity salmon price in Q3 2021	~USD6.4/kg HOG

Harvest volume - USA: 				~700t HOG 
Biomass gain   - USA: 				~600t RLW

Note: Q3 2021 average price achievement reflects ~60% of harvest volumes, the
remaining ~40% is currently in inventory for new frozen and smoked programs and
existing fresh programs, all expected to be sold at premium prices. The Q3 2021
average price achievement includes all early harvested fish from the 'LOX supply
shortage harvest' that was sold at non-premium prices.

Going forward, the quarterly Trading Update will be replaced by a more detailed
Monthly Update that will allow all interested parties to follow the key
developments in the US more closely, as the Company moves towards steady state
US Phase 1 production in mid-2022. 

The Monthly Update will include details on biological performance, standing
biomass, the development of the New Batches, price achievement and Phase 2
construction capex. As such, please find the Monthly Update for September 2021
