ACR: Axactor ASA announces second quarter and first half year financial results

(Oslo, 13 August 2026) Axactor ASA announces second quarter and first half year
financial results.

Axactor has during the second quarter completed all milestones of its
transformational project announced in April: 
- Successfully completed EUR ~215 million equity issue
- Established co-investment partnership with Fortress
- Completed seed portfolio sale, raising EUR 100 million in proceeds
- Bond placement of EUR 100 million at significantly improved margins compared
to prior bond issues

"We are happy to announce that our transformational project is on schedule. All
milestones have been delivered in due time, and we acquired the first portfolios
in the new co-investment structure in July. The pricing for our latest bond
placement indicates that our new deleveraging strategy is paying off", says CEO
Johnny Tsolis.

The pre-announced book value assessment has been finalized in the quarter with
revised assumptions for the future collection estimates implemented, supported
by improved and more data driven model. The review resulted in negative
revaluations of EUR 320 million, which is ~10% lower than Fortress' pricing
assumption in relation to the private placement. Axactor expects future
collection to be in line with collection curves and hence no further revaluation
will be needed.
