Axactor ASA: Notice of exercise of call option

Reference is made to the announcement by Axactor ASA (the "Company") earlier
today regarding fixed income investor meetings.

The Company has today notified Nordic Trustee AS of the exercise of its call
option to redeem all outstanding bonds under its senior unsecured bond issue
with ISIN NO0013005264 and ticker ACR04 (the "Bonds"), and each bondholder is
hereby given notice thereof. In accordance with paragraph (c) of Clause 10.2,
the exercise of the call option shall be conditional on the Bond Trustee having
received a conditions precedent confirmation letter for disbursement of funds
under Axactor ASA's senior unsecured bond tap issue in its outstanding bond with
ticker "ACRO6" (ISIN: NO0013750778).

The Bonds will be redeemed at a price of 103.24 % with a call option repayment
date of 07.09.2026
