Oslo, 16 November 2023: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement
published by Ayfie Group AS (the "Company") on 8 November 2023 regarding the
final results of the fully underwritten rights issue (the "Rights Issue") of
1,250,000 new shares (the "Offer Shares"), at a subscription price of NOK 8.00,
raising gross proceeds of NOK 10 million.
The share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of the 1,250,000 Offer
Shares in the Rights Issue has been registered with the Norwegian Register of
Business Enterprises today. 
Following such registration, the share capital of the Company is NOK 30,226,694
divided into 15 113 347 shares, each with a par value of NOK 2.
