Oslo, November 13, 2024 - Ayfie International AS (Ayfie, OSE: AIX) has signed an
agreement with Total Betong AS, a nationwide general contractor with projects
along the entire Norwegian coastline. The agreement entails that Total Betong
will install Ayfie's complete platform, including Ayfie Locator and Ayfie
Personal Assistant (AI), enabling all employees to use AI securely and directly
on their data.

Total Betong is renowned for its expertise in aquaculture and concrete work, and
they develop and deliver all types of construction and infrastructure projects.
With projects ranging from Finnmark in the north to Kristiansand in the south,
they have a significant presence in Norway. Among their prestigious projects are
the world's largest land-based aquaculture facility in Rjukan and
state-of-the-art smolt facilities in Salten. From 2019 to 2023, Total Betong
increased its revenue from 390 MNOK to 1.16 billion NOK, while the total net
profit over the five-year period exceeded 135 MNOK. This growth underscores
their position as a leading player in the industry.

The construction industry often handles large volumes of documents related to
projects, and since Ayfie's AI platform can read, understand, and remember all
these documents in seconds, users can now ask questions about the documents and
receive answers back in seconds. Ayfie Personal Assistant helps employees
perform tasks that were previously perceived as boring, time-consuming, and
difficult. It keeps information private while increasing efficiency and
improving the quality of employees' work.

Ayfie's AI technology operates only within the client's domain, and the solution
is not trained on and does not leak any information out of the company's domain.
