Ayfie International AS and Crayon AS have signed an agreement where Ayfie's AI
solutions will be offered to Crayon's customers as part of their complete
portfolio of IT services.

Crayon's customers will get access to Ayfie's AI software technology, ensuring
complete data sovereignty while utilizing the world's most powerful AI
applications to structure and use a company's internal databases.

Ayfie announced in the 2024 Annual Report published on 28 March 2025 that the

of this strategy.

The global generative AI market is projected to expand significantly, with a
compound annual growth rate of approximately 36.3 % through 2030, driven by the
increasing demand for intelligent, automated solutions that augment business
processes.

The agreement does not include any financial commitment from either party. Ayfie
will report any future sales generated through the agreement as per the
reporting requirements of Euronext Growth (Oslo).
