Oslo, 08.08.2025 - Ayfie International AS announces the appointment of Hege
Nikolaisen as Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Nikolaisen joins from AI robotics company 1X Technologies, where she played a
key role in building the company's global brand and communications, leading
strategic initiatives, executing a major rebranding, and supporting fundraising
activities and growth. She has prior experience as an entrepreneur and agency
leader, as well as from various sales and marketing roles. In 2024, she was
listed among Norway's top business talents in Dagens Næringsliv's "40 under 40".
As COO, Nikolaisen will focus on enhancing organizational robustness to support
planned growth, strengthening Ayfie's brand, sales and marketing efforts, and
contributing to investor relations and market communications.
