Ayfie International AS: Notice of extraordinary general meeting - complete attachment included

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by Ayfie International
AS (the "Company") on 25 June 2026 regarding a NOK 7.75 million private
placement and loan conversion, and the notice of an extraordinary general
meeting in the Company to be held on 9 July 2026 (the "EGM").

Appendix 1 of the EGM notice attached to the abovementioned announcement was not
complete. The complete EGM notice with all appendices is therefore attached
hereto. No other changes have been made to the EGM notice.
