Reference is made to section 1.16 of the offer document dated 5 August 2021 for
the recommended voluntary offer for all shares in Bank Norwegian ASA (the
"Company"), made by Nordax Bank AB (publ) (the "Offeror").

Cidron Xingu Limited (1) and Sampo plc herby announces that they today have
contributed their respective shareholdings in the Company to the Offeror.

Cidron Xingu Limited has contributed a total of 20,646,498 shares, equal to
approximately 16.40% of the share capital and voting rights in the Company, to
the Offeror, and holds, following the share contribution, no shares or voting
rights in the Company.

Sampo plc has contributed a total of 11,826,105 shares, equal to approximately
6.33% of the share capital and voting rights in the Company, to the Offeror, and
holds, following the share contribution, no shares or voting rights in the
Company.
