Singapore, 11 October 2024, Barramundi Group Ltd. ("the Company") (EURONEXT:
BARRA) - Reference is made to the stock exchange notice dated 6 September 2024
regarding the Company's restructuring efforts.
The Company is now entering reconstruction.
The Company has today made an application to the High Court of the Republic of
Singapore under section 64 of the Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Act
2018 ("IRDA") for a Moratorium Order.
Under the Moratorium Order, the following key reliefs applied for are:
1. no resolution for the winding up of the Company shall be passed
