On 10 March 2023, Sjoeberg Tristan Nenne, director and primary insider at
Barramundi Group Ltd, has sold 741,173 shares at a price of NOK 5.00 per share,
with the intention to transfer his shares to a related party, Highclere Capital
Pte Ltd. Following the transaction, Highclere Capital Pte Ltd holds 741,173
shares in Barramundi Group Ltd.
