Reference is made to the stock exchange announcements published by Barramundi
Group Ltd. (the "Company") on 16 September 2025 regarding the signing of the SSA
and the results of the Subsequent Offering.

The Company has successfully received a total of SGD 3.4 million in cash
proceeds from the Private Placement and the Subsequent Offering. 

The share capital increase of SGD 3,907,581 (inclusive of a debt-to-equity swap)
for 135,032,762 new ordinary shares has today been registered with the
Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority ("ACRA") in Singapore. The new
registered share capital is SGD 157,883,823.63, divided into 175,402,745 shares,
each with a nominal value of SGD 0.90.

The following allocations have been made to primary insiders and close
associates of primary insiders in the Private Placement:

o	Andrew Kwan Kok Tiong, Board Member of the Company, has been allocated
38,381,941 shares in the Private Placement of the Company at a subscription
price of SGD 0.0289 per share. Following this transaction, he holds a total of
42,809,762 shares in the Company, corresponding to approximately 24.4% of the
outstanding shares and votes.

o	Warif Holdings Limited, a close associate of Khairuddin Abd Hamid, Board
Member of the Company, has been allocated 38,381,941 shares in the Private
Placement of the Company at a subscription price of SGD 0.0289 per share.
Following this transaction, they hold a total of 42,751,609 shares in the
Company, corresponding to approximately 24.3% of the outstanding shares and
votes.
