Bergen Carbon Solutions AS has on April 18th granted 1,000,000 stock options to
employees at a strike price of NOK 9.62 per share. The strike price for the
options granted is based on the volume-weighted average price for the 10 trading
days after the publication of the annual report of March 29th, 2023.
The options vests after 48 months. Each stock option corresponds to one share.
