Reference is made to the warrants (the "Warrants") issued in connection with the private placement completed by Biofish Holding AS (the “Company”) in January 2023 (the "Private Placement") and the subsequent offering (the "Subsequent Offering") and resolved by the extraordinary general meeting of the Company held on 23 January 2023. Shareholders that have been allocated Warrants have the second opportunity to exercise the Warrants in the period starting on 12 January 2024 and expiring on 12 February 2024 (the "Second Exercise Period"). To be able to exercise warrants during the Second Exercise Period, a completed exercise notice form must be received by Fearnley Securities within the end of the Second Exercise Period by email to bfish-wts@fearnleys.com. A letter describing the process, including the exercise notice form, is being sent to each holder of Warrants.
