BIOFISH HOLDING AS: Minutes from general meeting The General Meeting of BioFish Holding AS was held at 15:00 hours (CET) today, 22nd June 2023 by electronic means through Lumi. The company’s production takes place in its production facilitiy in Kvam on the Norwegian west coast, using a Recirulating Aquaculture System (RAS), which recycles at least 99% of the water used. Biofish deliver smolt to salmon farms along the Norwegian coast.
