BW Epic Kosan Ltd. - Cancellation of share options held by primary insiders

Singapore, 9 October 2023 - BW Epic Kosan Ltd (the "Company") refers to today's
announcement regarding the offer from Web Holding Limited to acquire all shares
in the Company (the "Offer"), and the Company's decision to cancel existing
options in connection therewith. The board of directors of the Company has
resolved to settle all outstanding share options prior to the Offer. The option
holders will receive the difference between the exercise price for the various
options and the cash consideration in the Offer of NOK 24 in cash.

Please see the attached forms regarding cancellation of options held by primary
insiders of the Company.
