BW Epic Kosan Ltd. ("BW Epic Kosan" or the "Company") has today been informed
that BW Group Limited has sold 9,568,022 shares in BW Epic Kosan Ltd. to J.
Lauritzen A/S at a price per share of NOK 16.4795. By this transaction BW Group
Limited reduces its shareholding in the Company from 88,977,678 (55.80%) to
79,409,656 (49.80%) and is accordingly thereby passing the 50% ownership
threshold (ref section 4.3.1 of Euronext Growth Rule Book Part I).
J. Lauritzen A/S will as a result of the above transaction obtain a shareholding
of 9,568,022 (6.00%) in BW Epic Kosan. J. Lauritzen A/S' subsidiary J. Lauritzen
Invest A/S holds 40,098,997 shares (25.15%) in BW Epic Kosan.
BW Group Limited is a close associate of Andreas Sohmen-Pao, the chairman of the
board of directors of BW Epic Kosan, and J. Lauritzen A/S is a close associate
of BW Epic Kosan board member Tommy Thomsen and Kristian Verner Mørch. The above
transaction is accordingly a notifiable transaction pursuant to Article 19 of
the Market Abuse Regulation. Further details are available in the attached
