With reference to the share buyback program announced 20 January 2023, Cambi ASA
has purchased 137,134 of its own shares. The shares were purchased at an average
price of NOK 7.30 per share.
Date on which the buyback program was announced: 20 January 2023
The duration of the buyback program: Until the AGM or when the target is
reached, whichever is earlier
Size of the buyback program: Up to 712,035 shares
At the outset of the share buyback program, Cambi owned 10,870 own shares. On 21
March 2023, 100,000 shares were sold under the share-based incentive program for
key employees.
Following the above transactions, Cambi owns 48,004 of its own shares,
corresponding to 0.03% of its total shares.

Cambi makes this information public pursuant to the EU Market Abuse Regulation
