Grønn Vekst, part of Cambi's Solutions segment, is pleased to announce it has
been awarded a contract for managing the garden waste from the municipality of
Bærum, in Norway.
Under this contract, Grønn Vekst will oversee the grinding, transportation, and
composting of all garden waste collected at public recycling stations across the
city. Composting garden waste reduces waste and greenhouse gas emissions and
enriches the soil, benefiting the environment and people's gardens. The
resulting compost will be used in producing Grønn Vekst's bulk soil products.

The contract has a firm duration of 3 years with one extension option of one
year, for a total duration of up to 4 years.
Following adherence to the standard Norwegian public procurement procedures, the
contract is slated for formal signing after the mandatory waiting period
('karenstid'), concluding on 10 May 2024. The contract execution is scheduled to
commence on 1 October 2024.
