(Oslo, 15 March 2022) Canopy Holdings AS (Canopy Holdings, Euronext Growth
Oslo:CAN) reported revenues of NOK 27.0 million in the financial third quarter
of 2021/2022, ending 31 January 2022, and remains well funded with a cash
position of NOK 93 million. The company had NOK 73.3 million in B2B annual
recurring revenues at the end February, a YTD growth of 20%

"We continue to see a positive development in our annual recurring and
subscription revenues, with a YTD growth of 20% to NOK 73.3 million. The
development and positive outlook is primarily driven by the performance of
Catalate and its solution for dynamic pricing for high-volume ticketing
businesses. We continue to successful target the massive total addressable
market for Calalate and expects rapid growth going forward," says Bent Grøver,
Chief Executive Officer of Canopy Holdings.

Canopy Holdings reported revenues of NOK 27.0 million in the financial third
quarter 2021/2022, compared to NOK 28.4 million in the previous year. The EBITDA
ended at NOK -10.0 million (-0.4), and the reported profit before tax was NOK
-19.9 million (-7.3). The company had a cash position of NOK 93 million at the
end of the period, and is well-funded for the planned organic growth initiatives
well beyond 2022.

"We continued to experience some short-term Covid- and Omicrom implications for
the transactional business, although the underlying development is positive. We
are committed to our strategy and have during the pandemic invested in building
Catalate to leverage on its pole-position in the industry and the opportunities
ahead," Grøver adds.
