An extraordinary general meeting of Capsol Technologies was held on Wednesday 27
September 2023 resolving on a conversion from AS to ASA. Today, the conversion
has been completed and registered in the Norwegian Register of Business
Enterprises.
 
The new name of the company is Capsol Technologies ASA.
