An extraordinary general meeting of Capsol Technologies was held on Wednesday 27
September 2023 resolving on a reduction of capital, by reducing the nominal
value of the shares. Today, the share capital reduction has been registered with
the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises.
 
The new capital of the company is NOK 26 766 697.50, divided on 53 533 395
shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.5.
