Bertel Karlstedt, the CEO and a primary insider of Circa Group AS (the
"Company"), has purchased 100 000 shares in the Company at an average price of
NOK 1.24 per share.
Following this transaction, Bertel Karlstedt owns 100 000 shares in the Company.
