Board Update

Clean Seas Seafood Limited ("Clean Seas" or "the Company") (ASX: CSS, OSE: CSS)
announces that Non-Executive Chairman, Travis Dillon, has today announced his
intention to not seek re-election when his term expires at the Company's
upcoming Annual General Meeting ("AGM") on 30 October 2024, and will therefore
resign from the Board at that time.

Mr Dillon has been Non-Executive Chairman of the Company since October 2020 and
has served on the Remuneration and Nomination Committee as well as the Audit and
Risk Committee since his appointment.

Chief Executive Officer Robert Gratton said: "On behalf of the Board of Clean
Seas, I would like to thank Travis for his significant contribution to the
Company over the last four years. Travis took on the Chairmanship at a
particularly challenging time during the initial stages of COVID-19, steering
the business through significant restructuring and operational change during his
tenure and resulting in a more efficient and less risky business model. The
Board has greatly benefited from his skills and experience, particularly from a
governance and strategic oversight perspective. I am particularly thankful for
his support and look forward to continuing to work alongside him until a new
Chair is appointed. We extend our sincere thanks to Travis and wish him all the
very best for the future."

Chairman Travis Dillon said: "I am proud of the significant transformation and
improvement that Clean Seas has undergone in the last 4 years. We have an
outstanding, high quality product, exported to the best restaurants around the
world, produced in an increasingly cost-efficient supply chain in the pristine
environment of the Spencer Gulf of South Australia . It is something that I and
the team are extremely proud of and I look forward to seeing future progress and
growth in the business. In the meantime, I look forward to serving shareholders
until the AGM in October."

The Company has commenced a search for a new Non-Executive Chair and will
continue to update shareholders when appropriate.

This announcement has been approved for release to the ASX by the Board.
