Today, CO2 Capsol announces that the first CapsolGoTM, a mobile demonstration
unit utilising the company's carbon capture technology, started operation on
flue gas at OresundskraftŽs Energy-from-Waste (EfW) plant Filbornaverket in
Helsingborg, Sweden.

The engineering, construction and commissioning of the CapsolGoTM unit, which has
been delivered on time and on budget, is a result of diligent teamwork by all
parties, including Captimise who will act as the independent testing party
during the demonstration campaign, verifying the performance of CO2 CapsolŽs HPC
(Hot Potassium Carbonate) carbon capture technology on the Filbornaverket flue
gas. The campaign will be delivered as a service with a flexible testing and
validation program, helping to accelerate the decision processes towards a
full-scale carbon capture plant with a potential to reduce emissions by
approximately 210,000 tonnes of CO2 per year.

CapsolGoTM offers industrial emitters an easy and affordable way to test CO2
Capsol's carbon capture technology on the clientŽs specific flue gas and
processes, providing valuable data and information on the effectiveness,
flexibility, and safety before taking an investment decision. 

The demonstration project has received funding from the Swedish Energy Agency.
