CO2 Capsol has today signed a collaboration agreement with Eickmeyer &
Associates Inc. (Eickmeyer), a company providing, under the CATACARB® brand,
process design and engineering services for carbon capture plants utilising hot
potassium carbonate (HPC).

As CO2 Capsol's technology is based on the HPC process, the agreement provides
valuable know-how and capacity - supporting the company's ambition of becoming a
leading global carbon capture provider.

Under this agreement, Eickmeyer will become CO2 Capsol's preferred supplier of
design services for the HPC process.
