The Board of Directors of CodeLab Capital AS hereby summons for an EGM which
will be held at Dronning Eufemias gate 16, 0191 Oslo on 30.November 2023 at
10:00 hours (CEST).
Following the divestment of the Norwegian operations the Board of Directors
proposes to change auditor to PWC. The Board had planned for this change this
summer, but that was delayed due to abovementioned transaction.
