Luxembourg, May 4 2026 - Constellation Oil Services Holding S.A.
("Constellation" or the "Company") will hold its first quarter 2026 earnings
conference call at 10:00 a.m. BRT (09:00 a.m. EST | 03:00 p.m. CET) on Thursday,
May 28 2026. The interim financial statements and the quarterly earnings release
will be issued on the day before the conference call via Euronext and will be
available at ri.theconstellation.com.
The conference call will be webcast live at [link].
Participants are encouraged to dial in 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start
time. A replay of the webcast will be available on the Company's Investor
Relations website in the Results Center.
