SoftwareOne extends total return swap related to its Crayon shareholding

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made under the ticker CRAYN
on 22 December 2022 regarding entry into of a total return swap ("TRS")
agreement by SoftwareOne Holding AG ("SoftwareOne") with a financial
institution, with financial exposure to 4,578,588 underlying shares in Crayon
Group Holding ASA ("Crayon").
 
Today, the maturity date of the TRS agreement was extended to 22 December 2025. 

SoftwareOne currently holds 1,681,025 shares in Crayon, equivalent to
approximately 1.87% of Crayon's total number of shares and votes. Following the
extension of the TRS agreement and including the shares owned, SoftwareOne's
financial exposure in Crayon is unchanged at 6,259,613 shares, equivalent to
approximately 6.98% of the total number of shares in Crayon, until maturity or
termination of the TRS agreement.
