Reference is made to the stock exchange notice published 21 March 2024 regarding
the exercise of Crayon Group Holding ASA's call option to redeem all outstanding
bonds under its FRN senior unsecured bond issue with ISIN NO0011045478.
The exercise of the call option was subject to certain conditions as set out in
the call option notice being satisfied or waived by 8 April 2024.
We are pleased to confirm that the conditions in the call option notice have
been satisfied and that all outstanding bonds will be redeemed as set out in the
stock exchange notice published 21 March 2024. The outstanding bonds will be
repaid at a price equal to 101.481% of the Nominal Amount for each redeemed bond
(plus accrued and unpaid interest on the redeemed amount), with record date 9
April 2024 and settlement date 11 April 2024.
