CSAM Health Group AS ("the Company") is contemplating a tap issue of up to NOK
200 million under the Company's existing senior secured bond with maturity date
25 September 2024 and ISIN NO 0010893738, subject to market conditions. The
current outstanding amount is NOK 300 million and the borrowing limit is NOK 500
million.
The proceeds from the potential tap issue will be used for general corporate
purposes, including acquisitions.
Carnegie AS has been engaged as financial adviser and sole bookrunner for the
contemplated tap issue.
