CYVIZ: Cyviz Reports Q2 2026 Financial Results

Cyviz AS reported order intake of NOK 126.2 million in Q2, up 27% from Q1. The
market conditions in the Middle East have improved since the first quarter. The
order backlog was NOK 402.2 million at the end of Q2, up 43% year-on-year. 

Revenues came in at NOK 83.7 million in Q2 2026, compared to NOK 129.3 million
in the same quarter last year. EBITDA was NOK -14.5 million, compared to NOK
-2.6 million in Q2 2025. The quarter was impacted by lower order intake in Q1
and delayed start-up of several larger signed projects, particularly within the
defense vertical. 

Annual recurring revenue (ARR) increased to NOK 76.8 million, up 59%
year-on-year, reflecting continued progress in building a more predictable
revenue base through software, services and support agreements. 

"Q2 reflects a mixed quarter for Cyviz, with revenue and EBITDA below our
expectations. At the same time, order intake improved during the quarter, our
backlog remains solid, and we continue to see strong underlying demand in our
core markets," says Espen Gylvik, CEO of Cyviz. 

Cyviz continues to execute on its strategy to build a more scalable and
predictable business model through software, platform-led growth and services. 

The Cyviz Software Platform, launched in April 2026, has seen strong adoption
from both customers and partners and remains a key strategic priority. Since
launch, the number of dedicated platform partners has doubled to 70,
strengthening global sales execution and deployment capabilities. 

"We remain optimistic about the opportunities ahead. While timing of individual
project awards may continue to vary, the long-term market drivers remain
supportive, particularly within defense, energy and mission-critical
collaboration environments. Our focus is on disciplined execution, in addition
to scaling through partners and strengthening the quality and predictability of
our revenues over time," Gylvik says. 

Cyviz continues to maintain a disciplined approach to operating expenses,
focusing on operational efficiency while preserving capacity to support its key
strategic initiatives.
