DVD: KEY INFORMATION RELATING TO THE CASH DIVIDEND TO BE PAID BY DEEP VALUE DRILLER AS

Oslo, 2 June 2026: Reference is made to the stock exchange notice by Deep Value
Driller AS ("DVD") earlier today. As set out in the notice, the board of
directors has resolved to distribute a dividend in the amount of NOK 0.20 per
share, in total approximately NOK 18.7 million, for June 2026.

The dates relevant to the proposed dividend distribution are set out below:

Dividend amount: NOK 0.20 per share
Announced currency: NOK
Last day including right: 3 June 2026
Ex-date: 4 June 2026
Record date: 5 June 2026
Payment date: On or about 12 June 2026
Date of approval: 2 June 2026

This information is published in accordance with the requirements of the
