Reference is made to Dellia Group ASA's stock exchange notice dated 11 March
2026 with key information regarding a cash dividend of NOK 4.60 per share to be
paid out by the company.
The shares in Dellia Group ASA will be traded exclusive the right to receive the
dividend from and including today, 16 March 2026.
