OSLO, NORWAY, 9 APRIL 2021 - DLT ASA (DLT, OSE:DLTX) TODAY ANNOUNCES THE
APPOINTMENT OF MAGNUS NØKLEBY AS NEW CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER AND ROGER LUND AS
VP OF STRATEGY.

Nøkleby has broad experience from business, finance, and accounting. Recently as
a co-founder and CFO of the Norwegian Fin-Tech company Optio Incentives AS.

He holds a master's degree (MSc) in Business and Economics (Siviløkonom) from BI
Norwegian Business School.
 
Nøkleby joins DLT on 9 April 2021.

Lund has wide experience as analyst, risk manager and project manager in
investment banking and his latest position was in Corporate Finance at ProCorp
AS.

He holds a master's degree (MSc) in Financial Markets and Derivatives from
London Metropolitan University.

Lund will at the latest start end of May 2021.

Both have today ("Grant Date") conditionally been granted 200,000 options which
are subject to the approval at the Company's Annual General Meeting in 2021
("AGM"). The strike price of the shares has been set to NOK 9,23 per share,
which equals the volume weighted average market price for trades in the share on
the Oslo Stock Exchange ten business days prior to the Grant Date. The options
are vested with 1/24 per month over a period of two years, and will
automatically expire after five years after the Grant Date. The options will
otherwise be subject to such terms and conditions applicable for the Company's
option program as approved by the AGM.
